O Irlandês, de Martin Scorsese, foi o líder e recebeu 14 indicações, incluindo melhor filme e diretor. A tríade invejável de atores composta por Robert De Niro, Al Pacino e Joe Pesci também está entre os selecionados. Em seguida, vem Era Uma Vez em... Hollywood, de Quentin Tarantino, com 12 indicações; e Adoráveis Mulheres, de Greta Gerwig, com 9.
1917 e História de um Casamento empataram com 8 indicações, enquanto Coringa, Jojo Rabbit e Parasita receberam 7.
Do lado da TV, os mais prestigiados foram Olhos que Condenam, com 6 indicações, seguido de This Is Us e Schitt's Creek, com 5.
